The SolarElite Water Heating System

The Nova Energy SolarElite water heating system offers world class solar heating performance. The solar panel technology is based on European best practice in design and perfomance which has been integrated into our panel designed specifically to maximise energy performance in New Zealand conditions.

Nova Energy is a division of the Todd Energy Company and they have put the SolarElite through a rigorous set of independent quality and perfomance tests including hail and frost testing. As such this product is AS?NZS 2712:2007 certified, and this is why they also offer a 7 year warranty.

SolarElite System Components

The main components of the SolarElite hot water heating system are the solar panels that collect heat from the sun, a hot water cylinder, and equipment such as pumps to circulate hot water to the cylinder and smart controllers that run the system at optimum efficiency.

This means that once the hot water heating system has been installed, you can effectively 'forget about it' and let the controllers do all the work for you.

You continue with your normal water use and enjoy the reduced water heating bills as well as taking comfort from the fact you are reducing your carbon footprint.

Aesthetic Design

SolarElite's slim streamlined panels are made to look great on new and old New Zealand homes and buildings. Better still the panels can be made to match the colour of your roof.

Because this solar water heating system is designed to work with internal water storage cylinders, only the actual solar panels are installed on the roof helping to create a pleasing slim-line roof profile.

Different Water Heating Needs

The SolarElite system is very versatile and can meet a combination of water heating needs. This means that it can be configured to heat two or more cylinders and even a spa pool or swimming pool as well.
